[POE 3.13 Ritual] - Scion Blade Blast/Bladefall CoC - HUNDREDS of Millions DPS, Any Content in a sec

Hello! I would like to share with you a very powerful and high DPS build - Scion Blade Blast/Bladefall CoC with Indigon. This build melting any endgame boss/content in a second and it is just a mid version shown in the video. There is no elevated mods, no cdr/attack speed on belt, no cdr/tailwind on boots, pretty average jewels, weapons not perfect, so gear can be improved a lot and it still destroys all content (Dont get me wrong, even mid version is not cheap). Minmaxed version of this build can do 400M+ DPS. Defence is also pretty good - Xibaqua, a lot of life gained on hit, damage mitigation, MoM and obviously huge hp regen from Indigon.
Also this build is viable for Pathfinder with same gear and also another skill viable, just need to change couple of skill gems.

(POB WORKS!!!) You need to use Pob Community Fork latest version.

Some improtant notes:
1. Weapons should be with highest aps as possible so best base is Driftwood Sceptre or at worst you can use Karui Sceptre, other too slow I think.
2. Glorious Vanity : Xibaqua + big notable for 10% phys convert to cold ( I set all notables in pob)
3. For Uatziri/The Feared you have to use Elementalist ascendancy for immune elemental reflect, in all other cases Juggernaut to have enough hit rate/crit chance.
4. You can use Hrimsorrow gloves like a budget version.
5. For bosses you can change Quicksilver flask with Atziri promise for more dmg or Basalt flask for more def
