Breakfast Pizza with Hash Browns

1 cup cooked & crumbled bacon
1/3 to 1/2 cup sautéed diced green peppers
1/3 to 1/2 cup sautéed diced onions
1 tube Grands Crescent Rolls
1 cup thawed shredded hash browns, squeezed dry
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Parmesan cheese to sprinkle over the pizza
diced tomatoes - for the top when it’s done

Preheat oven to 375°.

Sauté the onions and peppers.

Cook and crumble the bacon. Drain well.

Separate crescent rolls into triangles and form crust onto bottom of a sprayed pizza pan with sides.

Sprinkle hashbrowns over the crust, then layer the bacon, the diced/sautéed green peppers and onions, and the cheese.

In a bowl beat together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour evenly over the prepared pizza. Sprinkle with the desired amount of Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes, until the crust is lightly brown, and the eggs are cooked through. Serve with the diced tomatoes on top.
