Tesla Model S Plaid Release: 0-60mph in under 2 seconds

Tesla held a delivery event for its new, high-performance “Plaid” Model S in an effort to reignite interest in its nearly decade-old electric sedan. The company's CEO Elon Musk claims the Plaid Model S will be the “quickest production car ever made.” Musk also promised waypoints, which he'd assiduously avoided until now.
