A DAYTIME VISITOR FROM THE SPIRIT WORLD

Ok I'm someone who has captured a lot of orbs on video and this one has me a little baffled!
First of all, it can’t be dust because it was raining really hard.
At first, I thought it was just a water spot on our Ring surveillance camera but upon inspection the lens was clean and completely dry.
Then there is the fact it was just sitting there and then just vanished really has me scratching my head.
