Is Chief Justice Roberts the new swing vote on the Supreme Court?
Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts could be the new swing vote on the bench after siding with the four conservative justices to allow partisan gerrymandering to continue, while siding with the four liberal justices to at least temporarily block the Trump administration from implementing a citizenship question on the 2020 census.
