Behind the Scenes:
Sugar was filmed in a single day in Prague while the team was already travelling for additional shoots on the feature film After the Act. With limited time and resources, the production embraced a stripped-back, improvisational approach, allowing performances to unfold naturally. Later, an additional scene was shot in London, expanding the story and adding a new emotional layer, making Sugar a film shaped across two cities and two separate productions.
