She says she sleeps with her shotgun under her bed following recent disturbances in Los Angeles. Gun sales among women are up 40% compared to the same time last year - an estimated two million women bought their first firearm in 2020, a spike attributed to worries over the pandemic and what might happen after this year’s election.
