Sarah Greenfield is a Registered Dietitian with a specialty in sports nutrition and functional medicine. She started her career in health care and transitioned into prevention-focused nutrition, creating programs for large wellness brands like NutriBullet, Dr. Hyman, The Alliance for a Healthier Generation and HUM Nutrition. Sarah has been featured in Men's Health, Self, and BuzzFeed for her work in the nutrition field. Sarah created FearlessFig.com, a nutrition consulting practice, to guide people to use food, lifestyle modifications and supplements to correct underlying digestive issues and improve overall health.
