Sublicotton Transfer Paper For Sublimating Cotton Garments

Sublimation can only be done on synthetic fibers, such as polyester, nylon, lycr, etc., and hard substrates that have been coated with a polyner. If you attempt to sublimate cotton, as so many people do, your design will wash away. Maybe not immediately, but it will DEFINITELY wash away.

Several years ago, I discovered a product called Sublicotton, which will allow you to sublimate cotton garments. It works fabulously when used correctly. This is my method, which differs from the manufacturers instructions.

350° 20 seconds, med-high pressure
cold peel
20 second repress with parchment, hot peel.

Care instructions: Wash garments inside out in cold water.
