To further reduce your repair time, fit your own Sovereign Carrier with a single Shockwave Shell 3 and a Shockwave Resonant Armor 3 to counter that Explosive damage at the start of the fight. Your results will vary based on Burr's current level, in the video i used a max level FC Burr. For those of you who don't have Burr, use 5 Pegasi equiped with the needed Harmonics to increase your damage against ships by at least 25% to have the same result as you saw in the video
