Chicago is home to the biggest, most respected advertising and creative agencies in the world. Agencies such as Leo Burnett, Ogilvy, and Publicis call the city home. But the city tends to forget about the smaller agencies, and that’s where I feel some of the best design work in the city is coming from.

We’re talking about agencies like Otherwise Studio, One Design Agency, and the agency we’re going to be looking at today.

Today on Agency Spotlight, we’re taking a dive into Grip Design, a small creative studio based in Chicago. The team at Grip is small but mighty, having a client roster that includes InterContinental Hotel Group, Whole Foods, and LL Bean. But it’s not just their client roster that makes the agency so impressive, We’ll take a look at what makes Grip my favorite agency in Chicago, and perhaps the BEST agency in Chicago.
