Ed Coan | Deadlift and back work out in 1995
Ed Coan is considered the world's greatest powerlifter of all time. In this video we will see him pull 750 lbs / 340 kg in a conventional and faint! After after the deadlift hes gonna do some lower and upper back traningen.
In the 80s and 90s as well as the 00s he won all but one of competitions he entered. In 1991 at the USA nationals he deadiftet 901 lbs / 409 kg RAW with a stifbar and a 2 h weigh in. Today almost 30 years later no one has beaten that. Ed was also tested positive for three times in the IPF. All those were at world championships. The first time was in 1985, in the USA and his home town. Second time was in 1989 in Canada. And the last time before he was bnd from the IPF was 1996 in Austria.
