Tripod 1/4" 20 to 3/8ths conversion Slik 700DX Pro

I recently was looking at my uncle's old SLIK tripod and he had it set for 1/4" 20 instead of 3/8ths. I prefer 3/8ths connections so I made the quick switch. Many tripods have the ability to switch between a 1/4" 20 and a 3/8th connection. WARNING: Check your instruction manual to be sure before attempting anything. Use this information at your own discretion. Failure to disassemble or reassemble the tripod properly may result in damage to the tripod or your gear. If you are not able to do this safely do not do it.
