Metaballs are organic looking objects, that are able to meld together and form a single continuous shape when in close proximity. Let me show you some front end web development coding techniques that make creating metaballs easy. All of that with no frameworks and no libraries using just HTML, CSS, plain vanilla JavaScript and HTML5 canvas element. This technique can also be modified and then used for all different kinds of liquid and fire effects.
