Create Lineage or Relationship between Entities in Azure Purview with Rest API & Python

I see high enthusiasm about data lineage in Azure Purview Data Catalog. So, I thought, I look into how to manually create lineages where Azure Purview scanner is not able to automatically detect. I think this method should only used where out of box functionality is not supported.
