Open Hand KO - Free Silat Lesson #1

This is from Clear's Silat Phase 1. Here we demonstrate that strikes with an open hand deliver more shock power than a closed fist. It is a simple demonstration that you can see safely and effectively. This is just a small part of the first class of our curriculum. There are many other advantages of open hand strikes, including speed, stamina, endurance, versatility, and more.
