☆ IMPORTANT: To be able to enable a mod in Sonic Mania, you will need the Dev Menu enabled. For me, it was turned on atuomactially, but that may not be the case for everyone. If tapping the top left corner of your screen doesn't work, the dev menu might not be turned on.
You can go to the (SD)\RSDK\v5\Settings.ini on your SD Card, and set the "devMenu=y" in notepad. That should enable it.
