No strain Cashew Milk | 2-minute Vegan Milk | Tastes better then Milk!

Cashew milk is my favorite homemade, dairy-free, nut milk. It's so much better then store-bought vegan milk, and tastes better than regular milk. Plus, unlike almond milk, you don't have to strain this.
Ingredients:
3 cups Water
1 cup Cashews (raw)
1/2 tsp Salt

If you would like to sweeten your milk feel free to add in some liquid stevia, honey, maple syrup, or even a medjool date.

Simple blend everything together for 2 minutes (I'm serious, it needs the time to get creamy so there are no chunks). Pour the cashew milk into a jar and save in the fridge.
*One thing to note is that the cashew milk does tend to taste slightly fermenty within 4 days. But honestly, it'll be gone by then, so no need to worry.
