We had the chance to walk through this incredible new project with our friend Eric Tan of 8 Silk Road, out in the northwest of Las Vegas, and hear the vision behind it firsthand.

What stood out most? Thoughtful design. Eric builds with purpose, knowing he may not know the future owner until the very end. That means creating the perfect balance: a stunning home that feels complete today, while giving the next owner room to make it fully their own tomorrow.

This estate blends timeless Spanish transitional architecture with modern convenience, security, and smart home functionality. From private gated entry access and remote guest entry, to full property camera coverage and a Control4 system built for everyday luxury, every detail was considered.

And one thing Eric is especially passionate about? Garages that matter. Not an afterthought, but a true extension of the home. Because for some owners, the toy box deserves just as much attention as the living room.
