KSGER V2.01 T12 Soldering Station Error. Investigate try to find what is causing the error message

After that my first soldering station showed error on the display and the T12 tip iron turned red from the heat. I got a new station from Banggood and I could keep the wrong station, they didn't want it back despite my offer. I think it's good service from Banggood. When I finally received the new station, it turned out that it didn't work either and the disappointment was great because I didn't expect to get a broken solder station twice. Well, I did a bit of research to find out what's wrong. After some back and forth, measuring, testing, etc. I saw the solder points of the NTC pushed through the insulation of the switch. I have now quickly shielded it with insulation tape but will solder it again later and place a heat schrink tube. I also saw that the cables were cut at the 5 pin DIN connector. The solder is thick and maybe touches the aluminum housing of the handle, so I also insulated it. All 3 tip holders are now working correctly. Station 1 is broken I have yet to investigate what the problem is and will come back with that later in a new video. if you suspect the cause of the error message in station 1, let us know in the comments.
