Salmon Parmesan Bake

When it comes to a fish bake, I am in all the way with this recipe. The salmon always turns out perfect. A perfect crunchy coating and the fish is always flaky and tender on the inside.
This recipe is just perfect for a party from a small couple to a large get-together, it will always go perfect.

Ingredient

2 to 2 1/2 lbs. - Salmon with the skin removed and cut into large pieces.

1 cup - Dried bread crumbs
1/2 cup - Panko crumbs
2 med. - Whole eggs
1/3 med. - Juice from a lemon
2 tbsp. - Fresh parsley
2 tbsp. - Olive oil, more for the baking tray

Salt and pepper to taste

Baking
350 Fahrenheit and 180 Celsius bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the coating turns slightly brown. Keep an eye on it.
