Making Catfish Hoagies!

Another fantastic day of fishing on the snake river for channel catfish! We caught around 10 with the biggest fish a little under 14 lbs, which is a monster for this region. I caught my first catfish in years on shrimp but in the end we caught most of them on sardines (check em out here: https://amzn.to/2RfQfhz). I then made a delicious fried catfish sandwich or hoagie! Gage said he loved his, and I know I enjoyed mine. I think I'm going to cook fish sandwiches almost every time from now on! It is the only way to do a catch and cook!
