3 Lavender Hair Formulas from Fergal Doyle | Wella Professionals
Learn how to create lavender blonde hair formulas. From blush pink lavender to silver tones, Wella Educator Fergal Doyle shows you how to master a variation of magical, show-stopping shades using Koleston Perfect, Color Touch and Illumina Color.
Color Formulas:
1) Smoky Lavender: Color Touch 7/86 + 9/96 + 1.9% (1:2)
2) Blush Lavender: Koleston Perfect 20g 9/8 + 5g 5/66+ 1.9% (1:2)
3) Violet Lavender: Koleston Perfect:20g 10/16+ 5g 33/66 + 1.9% (1:2)
Hot tips:
Lighten the hair to a pale yellow or a very pale yellow to allow the perfect lavender tones to deposit. Keep in mind uneven lightness, bands of color or porosity which might alter your end result.
The color can oxidise darker than intended during the development time, so don't be alarmed as this is a normal part of the process. Once rinsed it will give you a silver lavender result.
