Ingredients:

1 cup fresh cream

1/3 cup sugar

Juice of 1.5 fresh oranges

Zest of 1 orange

Instructions:

Boil the Cream and Sugar: In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream and sugar. Bring it to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Simmer: Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 3 minutes, stirring continuously.

Add Orange: Remove from heat and stir in the fresh orange juice and zest.
