Princess of Wales Touched by Outpouring of Love Following Diagnosis

The Prince and Princess of Wales have been deeply moved by the outpouring of support and well-wishes after Catherine's cancer diagnosis, according to a spokesman from Kensington Palace.

The statement released on Saturday expressed gratitude for the public's understanding of their request for privacy during this challenging time.

In a video message released on Friday, Catherine shared that she had commenced treatment after receiving her diagnosis.

This came following tests conducted after abdominal surgery, which revealed the presence of cancer.

A spokesperson for Kensington Palace said: "The Prince and Princess are both enormously touched by the kind messages from people here in the UK, across the Commonwealth and around the world in response to Her Royal Highness' message.

"They are extremely moved by the public's warmth and support and are grateful for the understanding of their request for privacy at this time.”
