Get perfectly flaky, tender cod straight from the freezer in under 20 minutes! This air fryer method keeps it simple with a zesty seasoning and no thawing required.
Ingredients:
4 frozen cod fillets (4–6 ounces each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: lemon wedges and chopped parsley for garnish
Directions:
Preheat air fryer to 390°F for 3 minutes. ⚙️
Lightly rinse any ice glaze off frozen cod under cool water, then pat dry with paper towels.
Brush each fillet with olive oil and sprinkle both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place cod in the air fryer basket in a single layer (do not overcrowd).
