For months now I've had these little Pastel Styrofoam Beads in my craft draw and have not had any clue what to use them for! But I definitely didn't want to just throw them away!! 

❤️Then Kat Alyst suggested they looked like Dippin Dots (My favorite Ice Cream!) and that I should make something ice cream themed! So of course I jumped on the idea! Thank you so much!!
