Bosch E15 error code diagnosis and repair. In this series of videos we are looking at the error codes that may pop up on your Bosch, Siemens, Kenmore or Neff dishwasher.

The E15 code will show when the machine thinks it has detected a water leak into the base of the dishwasher. This could also be caused by insects or debris getting trapped in the sensor. The best way to diagnose and fix this error is to take the front covers off and clean the area around the sensor, you can also check for leaks while you are there.

Although there are suggestions to tilt the dishwasher back in order to fix this issue,it is not recommended because if there is water in the bottom of the machine you risk it running into other components and potentially shorting them out. Also there is a much higher chance of this error returning when not properly diagnosed.
