Excel Day 3

In this video, I work on a Late Submission Analysis project using Excel, Power Query, and Pivot Tables.

The dataset contains promoter IDs along with timestamps showing when sales representatives submitted their daily activity records. The objective of the project is to identify the top 5 sales representatives most prone to late submissions, both monthly and overall.

In this project, I:
• Used Power Query to split date and time columns
• Used the TEXT function to generate month and date values
• Built Pivot Tables for analysis
• Used average submission time to evaluate late submissions
• Applied sorting and Top 5 filters
• Used slicers to analyze late submissions from January to May

This project helped me improve my skills in:
• Data cleaning
• Data transformation
• Pivot Table analysis
• Business reporting in Excel

This is part of my journey in learning data analysis, and I’ll continue sharing more Excel and analytics projects as I improve my skills.
