Israeli settler violence in the Occupied West Bank worse after start of Iran war | ABC NEWS

📍 The brother of two Palestinian men killed by Israeli settlers in the Occupied West Bank last month says he doesn't expect justice.

On March 2, brothers Muhammad, 52, and Fahim, 48, were shot dead by Israeli settlers near the town of Qaryut.

Their brother, Jamil Muammar, was also shot during the attack. The bullet is still lodged in his leg and he needs crutches to walk.

In a statement to the ABC, the Israel Defense Forces said "the identity of the shooter is under investigation".

That's despite Israeli media reporting the man is a reservist and has had his weapon confiscated.

Anti-settlement activist Bashar Qaryouti says settler aggression has increased since the start of the US-Israeli war with Iran.
