Basic 1 Skills:
1. Sit and stand up (on ice)
2. March forward across the ice
3. Forward 2-foot glide
4. Dip
5. Forward swizzles (goal: 6-8)
6. Backward wiggles (goal: 6-8)
7. Beginning snowplow stop
8. Bonus skill - 2-foot hop in place
