▶ How to get a blurry background in your photos and videos! In this short video I show examples taken with the kit lens for the Sony a6000, as well as a photo with the Sony 35mm f1.8. Hopefully these quick tips helped out! The next time you're taking a portrait and want more depth of field/bokeh, direct your subject to be closer to you, and further from the background. Additionally, you can achieve a creamy out of focus background by using a lens with a lower f stop (aperture number). The Sony 35mm f1.8 is a great step from from the kit lens, which shoots as low as f3.5 at 16mm. More quick tip videos to come!
