Even though we usually think of those in their 20s and early 30s when it comes to student loans, many social security beneficiaries hold student loan debt as well, which means they would also be eligible for the $10,000 to $20,000 relief payments from their student loans. This would free up money from their monthly social security payments, allowing more of it to go to necessities.
