How to Decorate Exploding Box with 3D Floral Basket step by step

The exploding box is one of my fav forms in card making or scrapbooking! I say it is a card but actually a 3D one :) When closed It has a shape of an ordinary box, but when you take the lid of the box its sides open in 4 directions.
How to decorate the exploding box? You can create beautiful small compositions that will stun the receiver on each side of the box! The center of the box is a great place to make a 3D composition. In today's video tutorial I'm using a beautiful floral basket as a main element inside the box. The whole project is covered with scrapbooking paper, I usually use more than one layer of paper inside the box.
Over the years I made hundreds of boxes for various occasions as really they are a great addition to any gift or gift itself.
The most popular and wanted are wedding, new baby or birthday boxes.

In this video, I'm using mainly products from Lemoncraft Mystery Scrapbooking Box to create my exploding box. Papers, exploding box base, 3D basket, flowers, lace, and other elements are from the Lemoncraft kit, you can see what else was also in the Mystery Box here:

I'll show you step by step how to:
- assemble and decorate exploding box
- use a tracing wheel to decorate the edges of the paper
- build 3D basket that was included in Lemoncraft Mystery Box
- create small compositions that are full of layers and elements
- divide embellishments into smaller pieces and where to use them
- choose elements for the lid of the box
- use scraps of paper to make nase for the composition
- add final touches to finish off the project
