Seeking Asylum in Ontario
In the first four months of 2018 over 9,000 people crossed from the U.S. to Canada between official border ports, predominantly in Quebec. Now, many of those people are being fast-tracked into Ontario and providing support for them will be one of the incoming government's first big decisions. The Agenda discusses why asylum seekers how the Canadian immigration system is making up for changes in American policy.
