This tenant reported a running toilet and a high water bill. I showed up prepared for a complete toilet tank rebuild but it turns out that Mr. Phillip also had a broken toilet that he forgot to mention.
This is a video of me replacing the broken toilet with a Project Source toilet from Lowe’s.
