Performance Notes:
Morning Bell was not broadcasted but a pre-interview introduction has distant audio of the song.
There isn't really much to do in this performance other than video tweaks, an upgraded DVD was used with a higher bitrate and cleaner source.
An FM Broadcast audio doesn't really have any much improvements over the TV broadcast audio.
Since the video doesn't look well when its up-scaled to 1080p, this is rendered in 720p.
