How to get a job in Japan - not english teaching or part-time jobs but real company jobs!
How to find a job in Japan may seem hard at first and you may not know where to start so I wanted to help you guys and share some of the things I wish I knew when I was finding a job in Japan :)
You can follow these tips even if you aren’t in Japan - some companies do Skype or phone interviews.

マイナビ (mainabi) and リクナビ (rikunabi) are good sites for anyone finding a job - whether you are a student, new graduate or someone with experience and wants to change jobs.
Most jobs start April 1st as it is the starting year for Japanese Company's but it may change depending on each company.
