Eligibility Criteria for Loan Against Property :- the eligibility for lap is assessed based on the financials of the customer and the value of the property being offered as a collateral
Eligible profiles for loan against property :- Salaried & Self-Employed but (HUF / TRUST/ PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY ARE NOT ELIGBLE UNDER THE SCHEME.)
Minimum Annual Income (average of Last 3 years) should be Rs. 3 lacs including co-applicants whose income is considered for eligibility of limit.
