Pop quiz time, CSharp friends!

If we have an Enum in CSharp for days of the week:

1)
True or False: We can cast an integer value to an Enum type.

2)
True or False: We can cast string values to an Enum type?

Drum roll...
...
..
.
..
...

And the answers are:

1) True!
2) False!

We can't cast strings to Enum types... so what do we use to convert from a string to an Enum value?
