Intel i5 13400 Review - Gaming, Thermals, Power Usage, Content Creation

The Intel i5 11400 and 12400 were great value and very popular in the past. This generation they have the added bonus of an extra 4 E Cores added on for good measure but how does this translate into gaming performance?
