Day 1 of 4 days Bakasana Practice | How to practice Crow Pose| Yoga For Beginners

This is not a beginner asan, but if you continue to practice arm balances, you can see yourself practicing there. To achieve this asan you need to work on your wrist strengthening, Arm strengthening, and shoulder strengthening. Here I have tried to make it easy for you to practice and practiced into 4 pieces where you know whats the condition of your body and how to go ahead with this. try not to push yourself and go slow with time. Enjoy the journey.
Crow Pose strengthens the wrist, forearms, and abdomen while stretching your upper back. It improves balance and core strength.

Bakasana helps strengthens abdominal organs to aid in lower back pain and indigestion.
Bakasana helps strengthens arms.
Bakasana helps stretch and strengthens the back.
Bakasana helps stretch and strengthens inner thighs.
Bakasana helps opens the groin.
Bakasana helps strengthens the wrists!.
Bakasana helps builds endurance and focus – mental focus and calm!
Bakasana develops immense concentration.

Avoid practicing Bakasana if you have any wrist injury and shoulder injuries.
Women who are menstruating and who are pregnant should avoid practicing Bakasana

Don't forget to add a warm-up and a few repetitions of Suryanamaskara before you start.
