IMPORTANT NOTE: This is an evidence exhibit exactly as shown to the jury and released by the court on the authority of Superior Court Justice Michael Code. // 14: “Conversations after July 3, 2012” — Retired Ontario Provincial Police officer Jim Falconer testified in court about a large volume of files, videos, photos, documents, text messages, found on computers seized by police at Dellen Millard’s Toronto home. Extracted from the computers were backups made of several iPhones. This is Falconer’s presentation 14: “Conversations after July 3, 2012” which includes selected text messages, photos and data sent, received, recorded and saved after the Crown alleges Laura Babcock disappeared. It includes questions about media reports of the search for Laura. This presentation was shown to the jury during Falconer’s lengthy testimony. Millard, 32, of Toronto, and Smich, 30, of Oakville, have pleaded not guilty to the 2012 first-degree murder of 23-year-old Babcock. The trial continues.
