Scherer Farming video

This priceless video was compiled from Super 8 films recorded by the Scherer family on their 1000 acre farm near Cockaleechie in South Australia during the late 1950's and early 1960's. It shows all operations of a typical farming season at that time, including ploughing, burning, sowing, cutting hay, harvesting, bag sowing and haulage.
