BEST Fast Charger for iPhone on a BUDGET!
In this video, I go over my recommended fast charger and cable. The iPhone has had fast charging capability since the iPhone 8, yet Apple has never included a fast charger in the box. Many people aren't even aware that their iPhone's are capable of fast charging, and apple suggests a charging combo that would cost more than $50. This fast charging block is only $10, and the cable I used is $12.99
The fast charger showed in this video is the NekTech 33w dual port charger, and the cable I used is a JSAUX 6ft Mi-fi Certified Durable cable.

Script I used for this video:
Apple’s release of the iPhone 11 pro series finally came with a long overdue inclusion of a fast charger in the box. But apple’s iPhone’s have had fast charging capability since the iPhone 8. And to buy apples recommended fast charger, you’ll have to dish out almost 60 bucks. So in today’s video, we’re gonna be taking a look at an alternative to that and what could potentially be the cheapest yet high quality fast charging option for your iPhone. Coming up.

Alright for those of you who are not terribly interested in the specifics and would just like to know which fast charger and cable I recommend, here they are. The necktek 33w powerbrick at just $10, and the JSAUX 6ft mi-fi usb-c to lightning cable for $12.99. There’s a link below if you wanna pick em up.
Now let’s get into some details.
If you have an iPhone 7 or later, your phone supports up to 18w of power, At 18w it will charge your iPhone from 0-50% in just 30 minutes . yet the charger that you get in the box is only a 5w charger, making it to where you’re not even able to utilize the fast charging that your phone is actually capable of. And for comparison in 30 min the 5w charger will bring your phone to maybe 18%.
So this is the nektek 33w wall charger.
In the box really quickly, is the charging block, and high quality usb-c cable. A continent addition if you have any usb-c compatible devices.
This charging brick has 2 ports.
1 of which is a 5w USB-A port which means it can output 5v at 1a just like apples 5w brick.
And the other, which is the one that matters most, is a USB-C port which has power delivery charging that supports up to 27w.
USB Power Delivery, or PD, is a charging standard that can be used all across USB devices. One universal USB PD will be able to power a wide variety of different devices.
As far as I’m aware, you can fast charge other devices through “normal” a USB-a port that supports fast charging, but with apple’s iPhones in order to utilize the full 18w, you’ll need a mi-fi certified usbc to lightning cable as specified on their site.
As far as the build goes, it’s an all plastic design yet it has a good weight and feel to it. It’s quite large in comparison to other fast chargers, but it isn’t a big deal. The prongs rotate out to plug into the wall, and are concealed nicely when rotated back in.
