We meet the little Prince Tricky down in an icy valley, stop him from starving with the help of tasty GrubTub fungi, and walk all the way through the snow and ice (it's even snowing inside tunnels!) back to ThornTail Hollow with him, to reunite him with his mother. Mission accomplished, we can get paid! ...well, not really.

Released in 2002 for the GameCube, Star Fox Adventures is one of the most unique entries in the Star Fox series. Originally developed by Rare as "Dinosaur Planet", the game was reworked into a Star Fox title late in development, resulting in an experience that blends traditional action adventure gameplay with elements of the classic franchise. Its shift away from space shooting toward exploration and puzzle solving makes it stand out among its peers.

In the game, we take control of Fox McCloud as he journeys across Dinosaur Planet to restore the Krazoa Spirits and save the world from destruction. Along the way, he teams up with Krystal and encounters a wide cast of characters, solving puzzles, fighting enemies and exploring diverse environments. The game features a structure reminiscent of The Legend of Zelda, especially the N64 titles, with temples, upgrades and story-driven progression.

In this LP, we'll explore Dinosaur Planet at a relaxed pace. We'll be taking in the world, solving puzzles and enjoying the unique blend of Rare's design and Nintendo's iconic characters. Let's uncover what makes this game so memorable and a divisive entry in the series!
