Unexpected Kansas: Little Jerusalem Badlands

In western Kansas you'd never expect to find geologic formations like these! Little Jerusalem and other surrounding attractions such as Monument Rocks and Castle Rock feature prehistoric formations known as Niobrara Chalk formations formed when Kansas was located under a sea.
