CLEANING DIRTY STAINED CARPET - CHALLENGER OP & ORECK ORBITER

I am using both the Challenger OP low moisture carpet cleaning machine and the Oreck Orbiter to clean carpet in an office at a commercial building. I use microfiber pads ( bonnets ) for this cleaning along with Purely Green 25 as my prespray. The sprayer I'm using is the Ryobi One+ 18 volt 1 gallon sprayer.
