In this episode of Diving Deep, I am joined by one of my stylists Melissa Chataigne to talk about the real issues that women face everything from how to feel confident in your body and positive body image, negative self talk and how we can be more positive with how we treat and talk to ourselves. We also dive deeper into real issues and challenges that Melissa has faced from losing her Mom to her sister's suicide. This emotional episode will talk through how we experience challenges like these in our lives, and move forward in a way that is healthy for ourselves and others.
