The Routine:
Hip Abductor & Adductor- 4 sets pf 15-20 reps
Leg Extension- 4 sets of 12-20 reps
Squats- 4 sets of 4-12 reps (adding weight each set)
Squat Machine- 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Step Ups- 4 sets of 10 (each leg)
Leg Press (controlled)- 4 sets of 12-20 reps
Seated Ham Curls- 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Lying Ham Curl- 4 sets of 8-12 reps
